WE CARRY OUT TRAINING AND PROVIDE CONSULTANCY – TAILORING THE SOLUTION TO YOUR NEEDS!

We have decades of experience in training and consulting in the field. Our trainers are active experts in the field, and they always have access to the latest knowledge of the suppliers. We provide consulting services to industry professionals on various areas as well as in development and investment projects, among other things.

We are the only Moxa Technical College certified trainer in Finland. We organize Moxa courses, including lectures, practical exercises, and an online exam. Participants will receive a certificate for completing the course.

CONSULTANCY

We provide a wide range of consultancy services on mechatronics, automation, and industrial IT components, systems, and material handling equipment throughout Finland. We always have access to our suppliers’ most up-to-date know-how and expertise in different fields.

MACHINE SAFETY COURSES

Is your knowledge of directives and standards in the field up to date? We tailor a range of training courses for our clients, including information on the latest regulations and procedures, performance level calculation, and practical application of safety technology.

The training courses answer questions such as:

  • To which standards should my machine be built?
  • How does the Machine Directive affect my machine design in practice?
  • How do I make performance level calculations using SISTEMA software?
  • How do I do a risk assessment of my machine?
  • Whose responsibility is the safety of the machine?

We train for example: Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), control system standard SFS-EN ISO13849-1, and standard SFS-EN ISO 14119 “Interlocking devices associated with guards.”

MOXA IES-F1 – INDUSTRIAL ETHERNET FOUNDATIONS

Course description: Industrial Ethernet basics; updating the knowledge of Ethernet networks, TCP/IP protocol, and related technologies. The course consists of lectures presenting topics at a basic level and an online exam. The lecture is in Finnish, and the material is in English.

Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer network principles recommended.

MOXA IES-L2 – Simple Network Design

Course description: Lightweight network design with Moxa products; Layer 2 network implementation, redundancy, and network management. The course consists of lectures, a hands-on part with Moxa products, and an online exam. The lecture is in Finnish, and the material is in English.

Requirements: Basic knowledge of the principles of computer networks is required. Completion of the Industrial Ethernet Foundations (IES-F1) course is recommended.

Duration: 1.5 days

MOXA IES-OM – Operations and Maintenance

Course description: Operation and maintenance of industrial networks. The course is based on MXstudio, Moxa’s network management software, and other tools. The course consists of lectures, a hands-on part with Moxa products, and an online exam. The lecture is in Finnish, and the material is in English.

Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer network principles is required, as well as experience in practical maintenance or completion of the IES-L2 – Simple Network Design course.
