For complaints and returns, please send an e-mail to quality@movetec.fi and cc kaisa.kivisto@movetec.fi. You will receive a reply with the ticket number of the complaint. Please note that a complaint is not entered in our system until you receive a complaint identification number (ticket).
Once we have received your message regarding a complaint or return, we will contact you as soon as possible.
