Ergoswiss offers flexible ergonomic solutions for a wide range of applications through its expertly designed lifting systems. The Ergoswiss range includes suitable components for height adjustment of lift tables, work surfaces, machinery, and various production lines. The selection features ready-made table frames with lifting legs available in either electric or hydraulic versions. Lifting legs and pumps, available as components in both electric and hydraulic options, also enable flexible, customized configurations to meet specific customer needs.
With Ergoswiss components, customizing the perfect lifting system is easy. The basic system consists of a pump, cylinders, linear units or table legs, and a pressure hose (ø4 mm). The system is operated by a hand crank or an electronic control system, with a fully electric version also available, featuring a control box and motorized lifting legs.
Features:
The PA, PB, and PF pumps are the core of Ergoswiss adjustment systems, designed to support configurations with 1-10 lifting columns. They can be operated with a hand crank or electric motor and are suitable for loads up to 800 kg.
The cylinder is a fundamental component that can be used on its own within sufficiently sturdy structures. A cylinder is also housed within all Ergoswiss lifting columns and lifting elements.
The linear unit is a compact and robust lifting element consisting of a linear guide with a cylinder. Linear units LA and LD can be mounted directly onto profiles using four M5 threads or with separately available mounting plates. The LG linear unit, measuring 45×45 mm, is perfectly sized for 50×50 mm steel profiles. The LG unit can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the 35×35 mm LA unit.
A fully electric system with a motor and trapezoidal screw is also available as an alternative.
Table legs consist of a linear guide with integrated cylinders and a pressure hose (ø 4 mm), connected to the leg elements. Height adjustment is managed through a hydraulic pump, operated by either a hand crank or an electric control unit.
A fully electric system with a motor and trapezoidal screw is also available as an alternative.
The HR lifting caster combines the benefits of a wheel with a sturdy lifting column. By rotating the hand lever, hydraulic oil is pushed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic hose to the lifting column. Mobile workstations and transport equipment can be equipped with lifting casters, making them easily convertible into stable work surfaces.
