Vacuum ejectors & pumps

Piab vacuum pumps are based on the patented COAX® technology. COAX® is an advanced solution where vacuum is created using compressed air. COAX® cartridges, based on Piab’s multi-stage technology, are smaller, more efficient, and more reliable than traditional vacuum ejectors, enabling the design of flexible, modular, and efficient vacuum systems. A vacuum system based on COAX® technology provides three times more vacuum flow than traditional systems, allowing for increased speed with high reliability while reducing energy consumption.

PIAB Multistage ejectors

Piab multi-stage ejectors provide high vacuum flow combined with deep vacuum levels, minimizing energy consumption. Piab ejectors use compressed air to generate vacuum. Different model series are available for decentralized and centralized vacuum generation.

PIAB PiClassic

There are three series available for piCLASSIC, which optimize performance and capacity according to the application:

Xi – Best vacuum flow, with a final vacuum efficiency of around 95% at low vacuum levels. Suitable for non-porous materials.
Si – High vacuum flow at low and medium vacuum levels. Recommended for applications where leakage is a significant factor.
Pi – The lowest supply pressure is 3.14 bar. Suitable for industrial applications with relatively low or fluctuating air pressure.

PIAB piCompact

Plug-in compact ejector system. The modular design allows multiple units to be installed in the same line, sharing pneumatic and electrical connections. piCOMPACT™ ejectors are suitable for applications where small and heavy components are moved, and high-speed requirements are essential, such as in the electronics, semiconductor, plastic, and metal industries, as well as in small packaging, pick-and-place, and robotics. IO-Link control capability.

PIAB VGS ejectors

The design of the VGS ejector allows the suction cup to be directly attached to the ejector and the ejector to be mounted on a robot. A reliable and easy-to-use ready-made ejector-suction cup combination.

Three different sizes and various ejector cartridge options are available, providing either a deep vacuum level or high suction flow.
