PG series
The HIWIN® PG series linear guide features an integrated magnetic tape sensor for position measurement. The magnetic tape is embedded in a groove machined into the surface of the guide rail. The sensor is mounted at the end of the guide carriage, saving installation space and providing a dustproof design. Measurement distances reach up to 30 meters. The structure is resistant to moisture, high temperatures, and dirty environments, making it suitable for applications such as linear motor control, positioning, and rear stops (automatic and manual) in demanding conditions.
