NPS
The NPS series linear motor units are Hiwin’s most precise linear motion units. As the name suggests, they achieve nano-precision, with the smallest incremental movement being 100 nm. Their compact size allows them to fit into tight spaces, enabling the reduction of overall solution size. Precise optical encoders are available in both analog and digital formats. The NPS series is ideal for applications such as micro sensors and other solutions requiring extremely high precision.
