Hinge Limit Switches

Hinge limit switches are designed to be mounted on the hinge side of a machine’s protective cover. This positioning prevents mechanical strain on the switch itself, extending its lifespan. They are particularly effective for small covers where tongue-type limit switches cannot be installed due to limited turning radius. When mounted discreetly, hinge limit switches comply with the EN ISO14119 standard to prevent tampering.
