DLS lubrication system
When designing automation systems, special attention should be paid to lubrication to maximize the lifespan of expensive equipment. The DLS lubrication system is highly customizable to meet diverse needs. At its core is an adjustable pump, controlled via PLC (24 VDC) or battery-operated, capable of pumping both oil and NLG-class greases.
Features:
- Pump Outputs: 1–4 outputs with 1–2 pump groups
- Flexible Distribution: Outputs can be divided among multiple lubrication points as needed
- Pump Sizes: Available in 125, 250, and 400/500 cm²
- Operating Pressure: Up to 70 bar, powered by 24 VDC with IP65 protection
- Applications: Linear guides, ball screws, racks, and chain drives
